BASIC CHEST WORKOUT

Directions: Perform each exercise in the 10-12 rep range, 3 sets. 1-2 minutes rest time.

Warm-up: 3 sets of 10 push-ups

Cool-down: 1 set of 10 push-ups & bent-arm chest stretches
