PUSH-PULL-LEGS HYPERTROPHY (BEGINNER)
This program is designed to build muscle, increasing muscle fiber size, following the "push-pull-legs" protocol (PPL). It will follow a slow progression for the novice weight lifter and will include an easy cardio program implemented in conjunction with the resistance exercise. The program lasts 12 weeks.
