  • Assessment visit is REQUIRED to understand the personal needs of the client, & establish a clear path to achieving their desired goal(s). The appointment is scheduled for 60 minutes. (Online - ZOOM)

  • Online training is available to everyone & live training is done in Indianapolis, Greenfield, IN & surrounding areas.

Whether you're aiming to lose weight, build muscle, improve flexibility, or enhance overall fitness, we'll design a plan that suits your needs.

  • Explore Nutrition Strategies: Learn about the importance of nutrition in achieving your health and fitness goals. I will provide practical tips and guidance on creating a balanced diet that supports your energy levels, muscle recovery, and overall well-being.

  • Address Your Questions and Concerns: Have questions about exercise techniques, nutrition, or how to overcome fitness plateaus and difficulty? We'll answer these questions together and I'll be here for support through your entire journey!

  • Set SMART Goals: SMART Goals are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-bound. We can stablish achievable short-term and long-term goals that align with your vision for a healthier, stronger, and happier you. I'll help you create a roadmap for achievement and celebrate your progress along the way!

This is Joshua Odle, CPT. He is certified through the American Council on Exercise, est. 2019. Joshua has been through many rough times in life and knows exactly what it means to truly build oneself up from absolutely nothing. As a family man, he understands caring for others’ needs and being supportive! Being a parent & husband is a blessing but can be hectic at times! As a trainer, he is dedicated to helping others build healthy diet and exercise habits, and to sustain them. With Joshua as your trainer, you’re sure to achieve SUCCESS!
