STRENGTH CHEST WORKOUT

Directions: Each exercise will be 4 sets, 5 reps. Rest time between sets will be 2 minutes. 2 minute between exercises.

Warm-up: Before your exercises, do 3 sets of 10 push-ups & a 10-second chest stretch each side.

After the exercises: 10 minutes on the treadmill at pace for .7 - 1.0 mile.

Cool Down: 10-sec Chest stretches, shoulder stretches, tricep stretches
